Review all the content on the website, including text, visuals, prices, products, and categories, and make sure that everything is accurate and up-to-date.
Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to the website, such as uploading new products and updating inventory.
Analyze and report on website performance using Google Analytics.
Optimize and create content using on-page SEO techniques, including metadata, headings, keyword placement and internal links.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversion and profitability.
Research and monitor the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, best practices, and competitors, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Familiarity with web design and use the available tools to suggest edits for improving the website layout, usability, and accessibility.
Work with the marketing team to create offers and promo codes to attract customers, and ensure that they are displayed correctly on the website.
Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs that may affect the website functionality or performance.

Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce websites, preferably in a similar industry as ours.
Familiar with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Search Console.
Knowledgeable in SEO techniques.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
