- Receive raw materials according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform on-site inspections of products at all stages of production to ensure the highest possible quality standards.
- Identifying and resolving production issues.
- Record and document all quality inspections and analysis and report records and issues to direct manager.
- Record all experimental data and test results accurately in the specified reports and sheets.
- Ensure the implementation of cleaning program for all factory areas.
- Ensure final products adhere to all specifications by checking (preparation, pasteurization, filling, temperature, labeling system, storage, …..)
- Follow up all external and internal certificates and ensure that they are applied on timely manner.
- Prepare all required reports and COA for any Audit
- Follow up customer complaints by making investigations with correcting and preventing actions.
