Job Description
- Lead market penetration for new territories, segments, and products. Identify strategic opportunities and partnerships to boost brand visibility and performance.
- Translate market trends and insights into actionable initiatives. Develop and achieve annual sales targets and budgets.
- Manage the P&L and monitor profitability across segments. Drive pricing, discount structures, and promotional policies.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Establish robust sales governance frameworks.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization. Develop talent pipelines and succession planning. Create a performance-driven culture with coaching and KPI tracking.
- Implement training programs to upskill the salesforce. Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and market sizing. Utilize sales analytics and market data for decision-making.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend adjustments. Collaborate with marketing for brand strategy alignment. Work with product management and operations for launches and planning. Coordinate with customer service for end-to-end satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or certification in Sales is preferred.
- 15-20 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a traditional trade sales management role.
- Proven track record in the home appliance industry is preferable
- Strong background managing multiple sales channels (Traditional, Modern Trade, B2B, Online)
- Strong understanding of the home appliance market and dealer dynamics in Egypt.
