Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Business Process Management (BPM) or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

Skills:

  • Process Mapping: Proficiency in tools like Visio, Lucid chart, or similar software.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills for collecting and interpreting data (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Communication: Ability to clearly document processes and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
