Job Description
- Manages the sales cycle with the customers including upsell and cross sell.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
- Identify potential customers and set approach strategies.
- Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively.
- Use customer’s feedback to improve customer experience.
- Generate and maintain a credible forecast and pipeline for accounts and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management.
- Following up with customer the delivery and collection till closing the sales cycle.
- Generating new leads from cold calls when needed.
- Delivering sales presentations to customers including Company Profile and/or specific product presentation.
- Attending customer’s meetings to understand their requirements and provide the best services.
- Preparing sales quotations to customers.
- Provide after sales support to retain customers.
- Regularly updating sales activities on the ERP.
- Achieving set sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years minimum of related experience in selling Marketing Services.
- Excellent in English writing, reading and conversation.
- Excellent selling, negotiations and communications skills.
- Female.
- Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate.
- Careful attention to detail and good organization skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills and able to set priority.
