Receive & follow up the execution of customers' orders received from CRM on a daily basis.
Check the orders compatibility (execution feasibility, cash flow) in coordination with fleet & finance departments for domestic.
Assign job orders to operation sp. & operation Di. To follow up according with orders requirements.
Assign orders to vendors/trucks and follow up the execution.
Managing and sourcing vendors to execute all created/planned orders on system.
Following up & monitoring the status of operation workflow.
Responsible for Operational costs pricing and to fulfill sales inquiries.
Manage issues related to operation workflow (cash availability, equipment's availability, truck availability with requested requirements …).
Communicate with the CRM team to handle any pending issues.
Handling disputes with customers /CRM if needed.
Ensure the delivering updates of operation status on time from branches/work locations.
Follow up & ensure the updating of system from operation team
Following up with a financial operation specialist the status of funds and dues.
Prepare reports for all shipments details & updates on a daily / monthly basis.
Planning and execute the most effective plans to reduce costs and maximize profitability.
Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.
Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole.
