Job Description
- Handling all social insurance issues and documents (Monthly Payment , Preparing , Submitting Social Insurance Forms 1 , 2 , 6 ,..) .
- Following up and preparing contracts renewal for all employees before 2 months of the annual renewal date .
- Tracking Probation Period evaluation and first year evaluation for new employees
- Update employee files and records and with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Supporting in Employee Engagement activities and events
- Supporting all related HR Functions especially , Personnel , Payroll , Monthly Meeting Preparations ,Employee Engagement , ..
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant field (Accounting , Business Administration, ..) , English Section
- HR Diploma is a must
- 1 ~ 2 years Exp. in Personnel
- Max Age : 25 Y .
- Cairo Or Giza Resident
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Very Good Ms. Office Excel & reporting skills
