Job Description
- Review designs prepared by the owner or its consultant; submit related engineering and technical notes to manager.
- Define required needs for the project; materials and equipment required for each project
- Prepare Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
- Negotiate the technical and financial issues of the offers received from suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor.
- Define required needs of designs, engineering drawings
- Prepare shop drawings and as built drawings.
- Prepare BOQ and estimate Sheets.
- Study tender drawings, specification and tender BOQs for each project.
- Prepare Comparisons based on suppliers Quotations.
- Prepare technical & Commercial Proposals.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in Tendering ( Banking Sector, Commercial and Residential Sectors).
- Construction experience is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Language: English: Excellent command Written & Spoken
- Competencies and skills: Negotiation, Reporting skills, Computer skills, Proposal writing.
