Job Description
- Responsible for creating and developing firefighting and plumbing designs for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Coordinate with other disciplines works and producing composite layouts after solving the different clashes aiming to produce zero-clash models.
- Perform hydraulic calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proficient user of hydraulic calculation software, such as Elite Fire, Elite S-Pipe, and WaterCAD.
- Skilled in engineering drafting.
- Has suitable background knowledge of the relevant plumbing and firefighting engineering concepts and codes.
- Total experience 5-20 years.
- Revit is a must.
- Experience in Gulf area projects is preferable.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
