Job Description

  • Supports the brand team and content team in their responsibility for Nawy’s brand visual communication & strategy across all social media platforms.
  • Leads strategic design & content initiatives through collaborating between the brand & content teams and the internal graphic design team. Setting up company pages within each social media platform.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with design agencies in order to create engaging, business building visual communication.
  • Supports the brand team in effectively applying Nawy’s brand guidelines across all visual communication. Ultimate responsibility for the development of outstanding design work 100% aligned with Nawy’s communication principles
  • Implement and Conduct research and analysis that help Marketing and other areas to know their competition well. By monthly tracking their social media presence and performance versus Nawy’s and presenting these findings.
  • Looks for opportunities to enhance brand communication through visual brand impact and taking initiative to continuously enhance Nawy’s social media presence. This can include reaching out to third party entities, other brands, public figures etc.
  • Responsible for the on-ground coverage of Nawy’s main developers regularly collecting footage of construction updates, newly launched facilities, completed projects etc. in and outside of Cairo.
  • Responsible for running online campaigns from idea conception to execution by collaborating between the brand team and the agency.
  • Responsible for on-ground coverage of all Nawy’s events and their posting across the relevant social media platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Fluency in English
