Job Description
- Welcome and greet SGHC Staff and demonstrate advanced customer focus and advanced communication competencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication cycle between staff and other HR functions and facilities.
- Orient the new comers on their rights and responsibilities as SGHC Staff.
- Check and Review Staff vacation upon system and give the approvals.
- Initiate and guide Clearance Process and ensure its finalization.
- Edit and Review Staff Scheduling with departments and units heads.
- Perform punch correction process before starting payroll process.
- Finalize Resignation Process and create resignation sheet.
- Perform exit interview process and investigate the resignation and termination reasons analysis.
- Create turn over analysis sheet with the reasons and rates.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year/s of professional in the personnel department.
- Bachelor's Degree in the Business/Management field is preferred.
- Excellent spoken & Writing Communication skills.
- Very Good command in English Language.
- Males Only.
