Job description

  • Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.
  • Handle holidays packages operation for groups including Reservation and operation.
  • Contact different suppliers (Hotels, sightseeing, airlines, local tour operator…etc) to confirm and follow up on outgoing travel services.
  • Handles Group ticketing with airline companies & suppliers.
  • Issues, cancel, change, refund group and individual tickets through Amadeus, airline companies or suppliers.
  • Revise and coordinate supplier statements with both airlines, operators, and accounting.
  • Revise and reconcile suppliers’ monthly statements and coordinate the payments and refunds with the accounting on a timely manner.
  • Receive and handle customers complaints and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Manage queues throughout the day for schedule changes, ticketing deadlines, and canceled itineraries and communicate it accordingly with the operators or the clients in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the Design of fixed departure packages for group trips throughout the year.
  • Support in the Design of the readymade packages for FIT and honeymoons.
  • Contact new suppliers to get contracted hotels and tourism services to create best travel packages.
  • Contact different suppliers (Hotels, sightseeing, airlines, local tour operator or similar) to confirm and follow up on all travel services.
  • Assist in Development of the sales and marketing plans with the sales & marketing Team.
  • Train new employees for destination training and quotation process.
  • Travel with group trips abroad in order to handle the operation on the ground.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows when required.

 


 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' work experience in sales or tourism industry.
  • Minimum of 3-year experience in tourism in the outbound department.
  • Amadeus basic is required and Amadeus Advanced is preferred.
  • Knowledge of leisure destinations outside Egypt.
  • Flexible to travel abroad to handle Group trips.
  • Working Hours: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
