Job Description
- To withdraw & analyze Raw Materials or Bulk or Intermediate Product (Microbiological testing) according to company procedures and learning how to use some reference books (USP, EP, BP, ect...)
- To perform the Sterility testing for all sterile products.
- To perform the Sterility testing for all sterile packaging material.
- To analyze the Registration samples of new products and pre-market stability
- To analyze the Cleaning Validation samples.
- Perform Bulk and Finished Products Validation testing.
- To withdraw and analyze samples for the purified water and water for Injection of water systems.
- To prepare and record the environmental viable monitoring results of production sterile areas (validation & routine).
- To perform the Validation testing of equipment of Sterile areas
- To perform the Routine & Validation of viable environmental monitoring in sterile area .
- Evaluation of results and reports affect releasing the Raw Material and finished product to production. .
- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be required from time to time by his supervisor.
- Follow requirement of relevant c GMP and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
Job Requirements
BSC in pharmacy or science
at least 1 year experience
Good communications skills.
- High accuracy level to guarantee the reliability of results.
- Fluent in English language (reading, speaking and writing).
