Job Description
- Receiving the Batch Record from the Quality Control (QC) Department.
- Monitoring the issuance of raw materials required for manufacturing, as recorded in the Batch Record, from the weighing section before starting production.
- Receiving the Certificate of Compliance for Purified Water Analysis from the QC Department via email before commencing the production process.
- Ensuring that manufacturing areas are cleared of any remnants from previous batches in accordance with GMP - Line Clearance guidelines.
- Supervising the cleanliness of production halls to ensure the highest quality by directing cleaning staff to designated areas such as machines, floors, walls, ceilings, tables, and production tools.
- Receiving and reviewing the batch (raw materials) to verify:
- Compliance with weight, physical appearance, and expiration date.
- QC No. and signing off on each material for review and compliance (On Time).
- In case of any complaint regarding physical changes in the material, production must be halted immediately, and QC must be notified to take necessary actions, conduct deviation reporting, identify root causes, and provide corrective and preventive actions.
- Delivering the semi-finished product to the Semi-Finished Goods Warehouse Manager and completing the warehouse handover process by issuing a Semi-Finished Product Delivery Authorization and entering the data into the Oracle system.
- Receive the work order on the day before production.
- Receive the production line operating documents (Batch Master Record) and accurately complete the required data.
- Receive all production requirements the day before production, including semi-finished products, packaging materials, and printed materials, ensuring the accuracy of items and quantities as per the work order.
- Ensure the machine and all its accessories are ready for operation and that the quality assurance approval ticket is attached.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations within the department.
- Responsible for calibrating the scales and machine sensors (if applicable) in the department.
- Responsible for implementing GMP and GDP regulations, as well as quality systems such as ISO and occupational health and safety standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Science or Agriculture.
- Min. 5 years of related experience in Cosmetics or Pharmaceuticals Industry.
- 6th of October or Nearby Residents.
- Good English Language.
