Job Description
- Preparing and follow up sales notifications are received by using E-selling.
- Coordinating and follow up all transactions between sales dep. and related departments (Financial, Factory, etc.).
- Following the stock of the products.
- Preparing orders to manufacture new stock of products.
- Contacting & following & coordinating the orders with shipping & delivery companies.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Reach out to customer leads through scheduled outdoor missions.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using online and offline channels.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Issuing needed invoices.
- Providing periodical reports.
- Conducting customer satisfaction survey
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent English language.
- Proficiency usage of Office.
- Very good communication skills with customers.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in online and offline selling process.
