Job Description

ACMA for Chemicals and Mining is hiring an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the HR team for the success of the company. You will work closely with the Group Head of HR and Administration to drive the growth and development of the HR plans.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, and offboarding, and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Manage the medical insurance policy under the supervision of the Head of HR & Admin.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Generate official internal documents such as official circulars, memos, offer letters, appointment letters, Emails, warning letters, and …etc.
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors, middle management, employees, and Factory HR members.
  • Oversee the process of probationary period assessment.
  • Manage the process of personnel management based on the Egyptian laws.
  • Work closely as an assistant for the Head of HR & Admin in any other task that will be assigned about the HR field.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Males are more preferable.
  • BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • An HR professional diploma is a must, with accredited HR certification is more preferable.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in the HR field.
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills in English.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Can work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management skills.
  • Excellent People and communication skills.
  • Residents of Nozha, Heliopolis, Nasr City, and the nearest areas are preferable.
