Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all users.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
- Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations
- Setup and configure surveillance cameras.
- Configuring attendance machines and its' reporting system service.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Proven experience in the same role in Glass manufacturing or fast-paced manufacturing organisations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
