Job Description
We are seeking a professional and experienced Reservation Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reservations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and inquiries from customers.
- Make and manage reservations for customers.
- Provide information about services, pricing, availability, and booking details.
- Handle changes or cancellations to reservations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a tourism company.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- Proven experience in managing reservations and booking systems.
