Manage all sales and leasing aspects of assigned properties
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and retailers
Negotiate lease/contracts terms with prospective clients.

1-2 years of experience in real estate leasing and property sales, working for a Brokerage company or a Real Estate developer.
Bachelor’s degree.
Own a Car.
Good understanding about property management, Mall Management and Tenant mix.
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
Well organized with excellent time management skills
Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
Basic understanding of MS Office
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent B2B relationship management skills
Customer-focused approach
Proficiency of English Language spoken and written
