Job Description
- Participate in setting up a long and medium-term plan for the maintenance work to work in all the company's sites.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
- Receiving cars and determining the type of malfunction to be repaired.
- Direct the car to the competent center to repair the malfunction.
- Supervise the required maintenance work and follow up on the implementation of maintenance according to the set timetable.
- Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
- Follow up on the results of the periodic inspection of all the company's cars and submit them to the department.
- Supervising the experience of cars after they are repaired.
- Plan Technical reports for repairs.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining internal customer logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining daily communications with stakeholders and departments to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Specialization:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Department of Mechanics).
- Experience in an Automotive service center is preferred.
Knowledge and skills:
- Effective planning
- Proficiency in computers, especially office programs, fleet maintenance programs
- Very good in spoken and written English
- Ability to make decisions
- Team Leadership Skills
- The strength of observation
- communication skills, and communicating information in an easy and clear manner
- Time management skill
