Job Description
- Conduct laboratory experiments and research to develop new pharmaceutical formulations.
- Optimize formulation parameters to achieve desired product characteristics.
- Prepare and execute stability studies to evaluate product shelf life.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
- Contribute to the development of CTD modules for product registration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records
Job Requirements
· Must have a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
· 3-6 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical R&D.
· Strong understanding of formulation development principles and techniques.
· Knowledge of drug delivery systems and excipients.
· Proficiency in laboratory equipment and techniques.
· Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CTD structure and content. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
