Job Description
- Convert inquiries into course registrations through effective communication and persuasion.
- Assist potential students and parents in understanding Digital School by Berlitz’s programs, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up on leads, conduct calls, and provide information to prospective customers.
- Manage front-desk operations, including greeting students and parents, handling inquiries, and providing information about courses and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents, addressing inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist in generating reports on enrollment, sales performance, and administrative operations.
- Assist students and parents with the registration process, providing guidance on courses and schedules.
- Handle complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.
- Serve as a key point of communication between the branch manager, instructors, and students.
- Manage correspondence and ensure timely responses to all inquiries and requests.
- Ensure that all communications, whether written or verbal, meet Digital School by Berlitz’s high standards for clarity and professionalism.
Job Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in an Educational or Service-Oriented environment.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in converting leads into sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
