Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations to potential clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of GPMA's products and services.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, including forecasts and pipeline updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
