Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, driven by results, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, advising on property investments, and driving sales across various residential and commercial listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Egypt’s top destinations.
- Guide clients through the property buying and selling process with professionalism and expertise.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, competitive offerings, and legal requirements.
- Conduct site visits, virtual tours, and property showings.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate offers and close sales with integrity and a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain updated records of leads, activities, and client communications using CRM tools.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar advisory role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and customer service abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
