Position: Rope Access Level III TechnicianLocation: UAEQualifications:Intermediate education level or above.IRATA Level 3 certification is mandatory.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Rope Access Level III Technician.Nationality: South IndianSalary: As per company policies and candidates experience.Responsibilities:Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices always. Rope Access Operations: Perform rope access tasks efficiently and safely according to IRATA standards. Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in rope access techniques and equipment handling. Inspections: Conduct inspections and assessments as required, adhering to industry standards and procedures. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks as necessary. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work activities, including reports and inspection documentation. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish project objectives. Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, progress, and any concerns. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during rope access operations. Training: Provide training and mentorship to junior rope access technicians as needed. RequirementsIRATA Certification: Must hold a valid IRATA Level 3 certification. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated competence in rope access techniques and equipment usage. Safety Consciousness: Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures. Problem-Solving: Ability to assess quickly and address technical challenges encountered during operations.
