Job Description
-Develop and implement the cleaning system (CMP, cleaning records, cleaning work
instructions, and SSOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance and product safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance plant sanitation procedures and
minimize contamination risks.
- Hygiene team management & staff trainings (5S, RCAs, GMP and personal hygiene).
- Monitor and reduce process losses, & scrap, and Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities.
- Waste management is done through monitoring waste disposal (separate from source)
and implementing recycling programs.
- Enhance the hygienic design of machinery across production lines to avoid hard-to-access
and bottleneck areas.
- Evaluate and manage innovation projects related to hygiene and GMP, ensuring cost-
effectiveness and compliance with industry standards
Job Requirements
- BA in Quality Management.
- Good in English
- Knowledge of quality systems, safety standards, manpower management, process improvement tools, and knowledge of engineering & technology
- Preferably resident at Giza or October
