Job Requirements
-Fluent English is a must (Spoken & Written)
-Excellent communication and problem solving skills & familiar with phone techniques and skills.
-Flexible with rotational shifts and days off
-Able to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and a good team player
-Very good computer skills
-Ability to adapt to change and to meet the changing demands of the work environment.
-Able to provide demonstrated verbal communication skills and to convey information clearly and effectively.
