Job Description
- Gathering market and client information.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via phone calls and emails.
- Representing company profile and services.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with clients and managers.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Follow up to ensure client service is effectively delivered.
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Preparation of sales forecast, market research reports.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales in an Agency
- Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Business Development, Marketing or relevant field
