Job Description
A fresh graduate production engineer's role is to ensure that manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. collaborate with various departments like quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Monitoring Production: Ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Assisting in ensuring products meet the required specifications and standards.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas where production can be improved, either through technology or more efficient workflows.
- Maintenance Coordination: Collaborating with the maintenance team to prevent or address equipment malfunctions.
- Cost Management: Assisting in finding ways to reduce production costs without sacrificing quality.
- Organizing the daily production activities and solving any technical problem.
- Analyzing the production line processes to minimize the waste and balancing the standard time of the processes to maximize productivity.
- To conduct manpower planning and ensuring the maximum utilization of resources.
- To calculate worker productivity and efficiency and determine the improvements of the production process.
- Analyzed, developed and recommend design approaches necessary to meet production requirements with quality Procedures as per ISO standard.
- Conducting weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks and follows ups of automated production equipment and machines, to avoid unscheduled production stoppages.
- Writing periodic reports on the performance of all factory equipment and suggesting modifications and developing techniques by the coordination with maintenance department
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering from any reputed university.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Mechanical /Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics
- Preferable someone working in the field of home appliances industry.
