Job Description
- Provide technical support for local and remote users in many locations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
- Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations
- Configuring attendance machines and its' reporting system service.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentals
Job Requirements
Preferably a resident of Giza Governorate
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role. Experience with network administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Proficiency with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
