Production manager-Exhibition Booths

Job Summary:  
The Production Manager oversees the end-to-end production process of exhibition booths, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution. This role involves leading the factory team, coordinating with designers, suppliers, and installation teams, and optimizing production operations to meet project deadlines.  

Key Responsibilities:  
- Lead and manage the factory team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.  
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and installation of exhibition booths.  
- Oversee production schedules, materials, and workflow for timely project completion.  
- Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.  
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to streamline execution.  
- Optimize costs, resources, and production efficiency.
