Job Description

  • Receiving customer calls on the hotline
  • Receiving the prices of tires and services provided in exhibitions through the supply department and informing customers about them
  • Communicate with branch managers and district managers to find out the existing tires and the services provided in the branches
  • Reserving tires for customers for a period not exceeding 24 hours by communicating with the branch managers
  • Receiving customer complaints and following up on resolving them with district managers and branch managers
  • Receiving customers' data daily from the branches and communicating with customers after completing the services to find out the customers' opinion about the services provided in branches
  • Sending daily and monthly reports on customers' opinions on the level of services provided
  • A daily report for each branch separately on the opinions of customers regarding receiving services in the branches (sent to the branch manager and the chairman of the board of directors)
  • A combined monthly report for each branch regarding the opinions of customers regarding receiving services in the branches (sent to the branch manager and the chairman of the board of directors)

Job Requirements
