Job Description
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Track employees absences (regular / irregular).
- Preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
- Reviewing the absence cases and reviewing the vacation requests and leave notices.
- Preparing monthly payroll and issue pay slips.
- Ensuring employees adherence to the company policies.
- Handling all employee relations matters.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker is a must.
- Bachelor degree from any discipline.
- Preferably females.
- Excellent communications skills.
- HR certificate or a diploma is a plus.
- Previous experience in HR functions especially recruitment from 0 – 1 year is a must.
- Work location is Cairo, Nasr City.
- Working hours are from 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
