Solutions Senior Specialist

Job Purpose

To design efficient and competitive end to end solutions for all Etisalat products to fulfil the captured business requirements and cope with the marketing dynamics. This should be fully aligned with the company strategy considering the required roadmaps, simplifications, TTM , revenue targets and effective planning.

Job Responsibilities 

• Requirements Elicitation by researching and discovering the requirements of a system from Business owners, users, finance, regulatory , Customer experience and other stakeholders.
• Works closely with the project manager and the key stakeholders of the project to define the project scope statement and the project scope.
• Early involvement with business owner and any other stakeholders in shaping the product design and providing a high level technical feasibility on the concept.
• To analyze, structure, and specify the Business Requirements in order to define the methods and tools used to ensure that a solution should able to meets the stakeholder objectives.
• Validates the captured business requirements against the business requirements/business case of the project
• Define the best business solution that serves the customer experience, and with no fraud gaps
• Documents, circulates and locks the business requirements with all stakeholders.
• Handle small projects, and focus on specific business programs.
• Responsible on the project design
• Responsible for assessing the business requirements and proposing feasible IT solutions.
• Maintain excellent relationship with the business users.
• Smooth and proactive response on the ad-hoc requirements from the commercial team.
• Build, maintain, and ensure scalability of integration systems sustaining high loads and business continuity. 
• Responsible for technical capacity assessment and the solution implementation impact across all the integrated systems to ensure the operational excellence.
• Prioritizing and planning for the P&S products and identify the dependencies.
• Providing the possible workarounds to simplify the whole product development life cycle.
• Continuous improvement and enhancement for all the team activities and processes. 
• Considering the Cost optimization and smart spending factors during the solution design.
• Define the product road map from technical and business perspectives.
• Providing the required support for all the IT stakeholders to ensure the products success.
• Coordinate and align between big number of stakeholders and different teams, inter and intra the department (up to 30 different team as example).
• Lead project team to deliver simple and medium projects.
• Documents, circulates and locks the solution document with all stakeholders. 
• On time reporting for all projects to ensure achieving the targets which complied with the required KPIs.
• Acts as a third level of support whenever requested for any consultations, Solution fixes and enhancements to handle customer complaints.
• Prepare a post review for all the big tickets and important projects by monitoring and securing its successful launch.
