Job Description

  • Creating Purchasing orders
  • Handling unite/shop opening requirements. 
  • Responsible for communicating any breaches by the tenants against the policy
  • Responsible for the Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control and waste management contracts payments and performance.
  • Responsible for the Petty Cash of the Mall and it’s settlement.
  • Working on the budget Forecast with the asset manager 
  • Making sure that every month the governmental utilities bill of the asset bills is paid (water - Government)
  • Going through tenders with the procurement team in selecting suppliers 
  • Follow up with all the suppliers and the finance team to make sure that they have received their payments 
  • Handling all operations problem with the operation team that is received from the tenants
  • Responsible for rental Collections from the tenants 
  • Adding all tenants on the portal after induction and registration for all the tenants
  • Inspection for the mall and writing reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good communication skills
  • Good soft skills
  • Computer skills
