Job Description
- Creating Purchasing orders
- Handling unite/shop opening requirements.
- Responsible for communicating any breaches by the tenants against the policy
- Responsible for the Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control and waste management contracts payments and performance.
- Responsible for the Petty Cash of the Mall and it’s settlement.
- Working on the budget Forecast with the asset manager
- Making sure that every month the governmental utilities bill of the asset bills is paid (water - Government)
- Going through tenders with the procurement team in selecting suppliers
- Follow up with all the suppliers and the finance team to make sure that they have received their payments
- Handling all operations problem with the operation team that is received from the tenants
- Responsible for rental Collections from the tenants
- Adding all tenants on the portal after induction and registration for all the tenants
- Inspection for the mall and writing reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good communication skills
- Good soft skills
- Computer skills
