Job Description
- Coordinate tenant design and construction activities in line with landlord guidelines.
- Review and approve tenant design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure tenant contractors meet safety, building, and operational standards.
- Develop and manage fit-out schedules for tenant spaces.
- Monitor progress of tenant construction and coordinate site inspections.
- Ensure utilities (electricity, water, HVAC) are available as per tenant requirements.
- Address tenant issues during the defects liability period.
- Assist with handover to facility management for operational readiness.
- Act as a single point of contact for tenants during fit-out and move-in phases.
- Provide updates and resolve issues with internal teams (leasing, MEP, legal, etc.) and tenants.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and smooth transition to operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 0–1 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out supervision, or property/project management.
- Experience with commercial, retail, or mixed-use developments is a plus.
- Familiarity with building codes, permit processes, and MEP coordination.
