Job Description
- Provide comprehensive support services to the Executive Directors at EGAAD
- Provide sophisticated calendar management; prioritize inquiries and requests, troubleshoot conflicts with little guidance, make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day to-day engagements
- Support Executive Directors with internal and external communications
- Conduct research and analysis on issues of interest to any of the Executive Directors
- Support and manage a high-volume of requests and projects to meet the objectives of the company
- Manage all scheduling and travel logistics for the Executive Directors
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos
- Support the Executive Directors in strategic communications, organizational strategy, and all other special projects as assigned
- Maintain quality filing and communications systems including contact management, document management, and archiving
- Assist in other administrative tasks when needed
- Organizing delegations reception and organising their agenda
- Follow-up on meeting room preparations
- Take meeting minutes as per requested
- Other duties as requested.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years experience
- Ability to travel
- Languages spoken and written
- French is a must,
- English and Arabic
- Flexibility

- Ability to work under pressure
