Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive support services to the Executive Directors at EGAAD
  • Provide sophisticated calendar management; prioritize inquiries and requests, troubleshoot conflicts with little guidance, make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day to-day engagements
  • Support Executive Directors with internal and external communications
  • Conduct research and analysis on issues of interest to any of the Executive Directors
  • Support and manage a high-volume of requests and projects to meet the objectives of the company
  • Manage all scheduling and travel logistics for the Executive Directors
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos
  • Support the Executive Directors in strategic communications, organizational strategy, and all other special projects as assigned
  • Maintain quality filing and communications systems including contact management, document management, and archiving
  • Assist in other administrative tasks when needed
  • Organizing delegations reception and organising their agenda 
  • Follow-up on meeting room preparations
  • Take meeting minutes as per requested
  • Other duties as requested.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience
  • Ability to travel
  • Languages spoken and written 
  • French is a must,
  • English and Arabic
  • Flexibility
  • Time management
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on weekends when needed
  • Responsive
