Job Description
- Follow up the progress of work at the sites with the project team on a weekly basis, and ensures that the workflow running accordingly to the approved schedule plan in full compliance with the plans of safety and quality controls.
- Prepare reports on a regular basis (weekly / monthly), regarding the performance of the project compared to set standards.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Decide on subcontractors’ selection and negotiate terms and conditions in the agreement and execution phases in order to keep effective relationship management with external providers.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports to maintain up to date project information.
- Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project,
- Ensure main contract and building specification are implemented and executed to meet highest standard of quality.
- Supervises site engineer, reviews their reports, checks on any reported difficulties, and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering Architecture/ Civil .
- Experience 8-12 years in contracting companies.
- Previous Experience in Post Tension.
- Previous Experience in High Quality Finishing Administration Projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent command of English written and spoken.
- Leadership skills.
