About The RoleWe are looking for a "Key Account Specialist" for our growing Saudi Arabia market.In this role, you will be leading some of our accounts in technical super store and hyper market channel with end to end responsibility.The Impact You'll MakeCreates value jointly between company and retailers/D2C-platforms for an exciting consumer decision journeyLeads a multi-year partnership as enabler of profitable growth and delivers Joint Business Plan targets (JBP)Negotiates win/win contract as foundation of robust JBP in compliance with Commercial PolicyEstablishes the optimal up-to-date offer with the best value extraction for market growthDevelops the brand equity for shopper with optimal ROI of trade terms & retail advertisingStrives for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and on-shelf/online availabilityTurns real-time performance insights from internal/external data pools into proactive improvements actionsDelivers on business and operational targets, including profit per SKU, iVM & in-store-sharesManages additional projects while maintaining current book of business, such as mentorship, competitive analysis, and sales analysis as neededAssists internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close businessThe Skills & Knowledge You'll BringBachelors and/or Masters degree in relevant fieldsMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales/ Key Account ManagementPast and/or current background in Technical Super Stores and/or Hyper Markets' key account management is a big plusKnowledge in sales strategy , sales execution, promotion effectiveness, negotiation, pricing and value extraction and portfolio segmentationPast and/or current experience preferably in consumer electronics and/or FMCG/consumer goods industry is neededExperience specifically at small domestic appliances and/or large domestic appliances industry is a big plusFluent in both English and ArabicStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyA results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators and objectivesWe are open to evaluate both Jeddah and Riyadh based candidates for our roleAbout UsVersuni designs, manufactures and sells market leading products under the well-known brands Philips, Saeco, Gaggia, Preethi, Philips Walita, L'OR Barista and Senseo.
