Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- Develops the appropriate strategies / analysis to help the company break into a new market, take advantage of opportunities therein to meet predetermined goals and objectives
- Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and communicate it properly to Sales and Sales Operations’ teams
- Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums
- Participates in preparing all pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers
- Analyzes market value (Net Present Value – NPV) and put in place a selling strategy/business plan that will give the company a competitive edge in the market place thereby translating into new business/profit to improve the bottom line of the company
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
- Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports
- Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans
- Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
- Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management
- Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums
- Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events
- Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives

- An excellent Chief Commercial Officer must have an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills.
- The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities and minimum with the following requirements:
- 15 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 10 years at senior managerial level.
- Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Good MS office skills (outlook, word, excel)
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
