Job Description
- To be the Company’s representative on site.
- To perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects.
- To be the head of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, consultants and subcontractors.
- Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site
- Solve technical issues that arise daily on Site.
- Ensuring that the drawings and specifications of the Project are complied with.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Hire full-time and temporary laborers to contribute to each project.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites.
- Maintain constant communication with client’s representatives.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering /Architecture Major is a must
- 15:20 years of work experience only
- Working experience in the field of construction, fit-out and finishing
- Egyptians Only.
