Job Description
- Record financial transactions on a daily basis.
- Posses strong knowledge and experience with NAFEZA System .
- Recording transactions on daily basis by using ledgers account.
- Searching for new suppliers and discussing about our requirements.
- Negotiations about buying prices and payment term.
- Analyzing our stores requirements.
- Following new order with suppliers in order to ship those orders on time without delay.
- Emailing suppliers, asking for new production, material and orders.
- Checking shipments documents as (Perform invoice, BL, final invoice, packing list, certificate of origin)
- Aware of shipping cycle, tracking and follow up shipments.
- Following transfers companies and checking banks swifts.
- Supporting logistic team to finalize shipping booking and containers loading.
- Follow-up of all laws and regulations of import, inside Egypt.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or any similar degree.
- English fluent IS MUST.
- Practical experience in a similar position for minimum of 2 year in Marble and Granite field is plus.
- Fully aware of import regulations and requirements.
- Email correspondence experience IS MUST.
- Excellent communication skills & presentation skills.
- High level of negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multi tasks at same time.
- Good planning, organizing and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to easily organize shipment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (excel, word, Outlook).
