Job Description
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Lead localization of global digital marketing and advertising campaigns
- Own the creation and management of Marketing projects & programs timelines.
- Ensure budgetary adherence for project based as well as general localization program spend
- Implement, maintain and update global localization processes, focusing on automation and systems integration.
- Support use of data analysis to optimize localization decisions
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all social media channels and sales teams
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Communicates with various advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
- Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
- Manage the development and implementation of the brand’s marketing plan.
- Develop, organize and manage marketing initiatives
- Assign tasks to the specialists, monitor tasks progress, review and edit if needed.
- Develop, manage and monitor content for social media platforms.
- Prepare marketing reports to top Management
- Carry out on-demand tasks, researches, and analyses needed by managers
- Continually seek and research new sources and market trends
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service marketing field
- Fluency in English
- Project management, KPI building and monitoring, problem resolution and general management expertise.
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment
- Capable of dealing with a diverse range of products and services
- Outstanding communication skills.
