Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our business processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing overall operational performance. Your expertise in identifying, documenting, analyzing, and improving processes will be instrumental in achieving our strategic goals. A strong understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Process Identification and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to map and document existing business processes using industry-standard notations like BPMN 2.0 and Archimate.
- Process Analysis and Measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of current processes, identify bottlenecks, and measure performance against key metrics.
- Process Improvement and Design: Develop innovative solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve quality. Utilize your knowledge of TOGAF 10.0's ADM framework to guide process redesign.
- Process Implementation and Change Management: Lead the implementation of new processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations. Effectively manage change and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP Signavio Utilization: Leverage SAP Signavio for process modeling, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, project management, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, ideally in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of TOGAF 10.0, BPMN 2.0, and Archimate is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP Signavio is a strong advantage.
- Experience in quality assurance or project management is highly desirable.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is a plus.
- On-site learning for any missing qualifications would be provided if needed.
