Job Description

  • Execute digital marketing strategies, design digital campaigns to drive traffic and engagement, and lead generation across all relevant digital and social channels through different social media models, such as PPC, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPI, and CPL
  • Identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses to improve e-commerce performance and traffic, and increase ROAS
  • Oversee and manage user acquisition campaigns—branding, content marketing, and retargeting to reach engage, and acquire potential customers with a strong focus on associated KPIs
  • Implement user segmentation to improve targeting and increase the relevance of product solutions to potential customers during outreach and ultimately increase conversion rates and revenues
  • Monitor needed reports on performance, campaign charts, ROI, KPI, and marketing strategies based on surrounding circumstances to make weekly and monthly campaign reports
  • Craft a digital presence strategy through the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to meet the organization’s goals and reach the maximum ROI
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering the international best practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or relevant field with 2 -4 years of experience
  • Experience in PPC and paid social bid management tools (FB Manager, AdWords, ROI Hunter, and Smartly)
  • Strong analytical skills, which include good knowledge of tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, and understanding of digital marketing and branding KPIs
  • Strong web analytics experience (Google Analytics and SiteCatalyst)
  • Experience in retargeting platforms (Criteo, RTB, SHAREit, Connect Ads, and AdRoll)
  • Experience in app platforms and app installs (Apple search ads)
  • Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms, including written, verbal, and multimedia
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies, and best practices
  • A clear understanding of consumer behavior, and the best type of content for our target segment
