Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies for our e-commerce mobile app.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat), etc.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, conversion events, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate data collection.
  • Leverage Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Create data-driven reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce mobile app marketing.
  • Identify and implement new marketing channels and tactics to expand reach and user acquisition.
  • Work collaboratively with other marketing team members (e.g., content marketing, social media) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the e-commerce mobile app space.
  • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversions through paid advertising campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Social Media Advertising Platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), and marketing attribution models.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking setups.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for e-commerce and mobile app marketing trends.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
