Our company is seeking an experienced As-Built Revit Modeler Architecture, Structure and MEP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating highly detailed and accurate as-built Revit models from field scans, blueprints, and existing building conditions. The position requires proficiency in the latest Revit software and a strong understanding of architectural or Structural or MEP design and construction. Knowledge of Scan to BIM processes is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and comprehensive architectural or Structural or MEP as-built models in Revit based on site surveys, 3D scans, and existing drawings.
- Each discipline to Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure a seamless integration of models.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address design challenges.
- Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
- Perform clash detection and resolve discrepancies between different model elements.
- Produce high-quality documentation and drawings for client review.
- Assist in the development of project schedules and work plans.
Job Requirements
- 1-6 Years of Experience.
- Proficiency in Revit (Architecture or Structure or MEP) and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Scan to BIM processes and tools. (Highly Preferred).
- Knowledge of codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and building systems. (For Structural).
- Ability to identify and resolve MEP conflicts in 3D models. (For MEP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering or Structural Engineering or Mechanical or Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field (preferred).
- 1+ Years Experience in modeling (preferred).
