Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for insuring the daily office services are achieved while performing routine administrative tasks. Developing basic engineering knowledge that will help you achieve your role better.
- Checking emails and responding
- Organizing documents and files
- Writing offers and proposals
- Creating and editing excel documents
- Creating and editing PowerPoint documents
- Coordinate, receive and relay information to both clients and coworkers
Job Requirements
- Solid interpersonal skills capable of working effectively in an autonomous environment
- Maintain high standard of accuracy timeliness and data quality
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to details and accuracy
- Capable of understanding very basic engineering terms and concepts
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-4 Years of experience
- Fluent at reading and writing English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Photoshop skill is a plus
