Job Description
- Conduct meeting with medical representative to analyze sales sheet, solving any deviation & set the weekly plan then send it to the direct manager.
- Acting as a company ambassador to his team workers members as well as external customers.
- Responsible for team members’ motivation &retention as well as being a positive contribution to the brand and whole organization.
- Conduct single visits for KOL to launch new product, collecting feedback for the products & maintain good relation.
- Conduct coaching visits & sales forecasting and ensure medical road map is followed.
- Prospect new areas in order to track opportunities
- Follow up with sales department to track their weekly achievement.
- Set target break down with the manager according to last year achievement & area potentiality.
- Prepare sales review sheet for team members to track performance.
- Managing the allocation and ensuring effective utilization for it & providing them with full feedback.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience and 1-3 years in the same role.
- Resident in Cairo / Alex / Delta Preferable in Mansoura.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in leading teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
