Job Description
* Monitoring project daily progress vs. plan and schedule.
* Maintaining cost control on site activities.
* Doing quality control checks for site works on daily basis.
* Doing quantity survey activities.
* Reviewing and adjusting shop drawings.
* Preparing client & subcontractor demands / VOs.
* Managing document control activities on site.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
1-Bachelors degree in Architecture or relevant disciplines
2-Minimum 4-5 years experience in architecture design and technical office
3-Previous experience dealing with clients directly
4-Good knowledge of quantity survey
5-Good knowledge of computer knowledge( Microsoft office – auto cad)
